چکیده

The design of reconfigurable active antennas requires an efficient system simulation in order to analyze the impact of other components on the array pattern, especially the Power Amplifiers (PA) effect. Therefore, the performance prediction of PA on Tx-Rx chains is important. This paper presents a behavioral model of a PA, which is able to take into account the load impedance mismatch with a VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) up to 3. The proposed behavioral model, based on non-linear scattering functions, is extracted from simple CW measurements, and then implemented in Agilent Advanced Design System (ADS). Our behavioral model is validated by comparison with measurement results in the case of loading impedance mismatch (VSWR ≤ 3). Another model was validated (expansion of Taylor series to the second order), taking into account large VSWR (VSWR =3.5). Index Terms — AESA, Behavioral modeling, impedance mismatch, electromagnetic interactions.

MINIMIZATION OF DETERMINISTIC FINITE AUTOMATA WITH VAGUE (FINAL) STATES AND INTUITIONISTIC FUZZY (FINAL) STATES

In this paper, relations among the membership values of gener- alized fuzzy languages such as intuitionistic fuzzy language, interval-valued fuzzy language and vague language are studied. It will aid in studying the properties of one language when the properties of another are known. Further, existence of a minimized nite automaton with vague ( final) states for any vague regular language recog...

"Fitting-Attitude Analyses and the Relation Between Final and Intrinsic Value"

This paper examines the debate as to whether something can have final value in virtue of its relational (i.e., non-intrinsic) properties, or, more briefly put, whether final value must be intrinsic. The paper adopts the perspective of the fitting-attitude analysis (FA analysis) of value, and argues that from this perspective, there is no ground for the requirement that things may have final val...

Adjusting the weights of assessment elements in the evaluation of Final Year Projects

The authors of this paper have defined a continuous evaluation methodology for Final Year Projects, in which six different evaluable items are involved. However, establishing the weights of each assessment element in the evaluation of Final Year Projects is a complex process, especially when several teachers are involved [3] like in this case. In this paper, the experiment carried out in order ...

The Final LHCb Readout Supervisor “ODIN”

The LHCb Timing and Fast Control (TFC) system is entering the final phase of prototyping. This paper proposes improvements of the main TFC modules. Since the Readout Supervisor “ODIN” is a very complex module, the prototyping was staged by starting out with a minimal version incorporating the most critical logic and then adding the remaining logic in subsequent prototypes. The paper also covers...

بررسی فاصله زمانی انجام تحقیق، تهیه مقاله، اعلام وصول، تائیدیه، انتشار و عوامل مرتبط با آن در مجلات علمی پژوهشی دندانپزشکی کشور در سال‌های 1390-1389

Abstract Background: Long delays in getting a paper published in a medical journal may affect motivation for research. The aim of this study was to evaluate the duration of the research, and the average interval between the completion of a research project and the publication of the research article in dental research journals. Materials and methods: In this cross sectional study, all eligi...
